Northern Illinois Medical Group has convenient, evening hours available to meet your appointment needs, as well as Saturdays by appointment.

We are located in the New Towne Plaza on the South/West corner of E. State St. and S. Newtowne Dr. at 5301 E. State St., Ste. 101.  Once you have entered the parking lot, access to our clinic is located on the outside of the building, at the South/East corner.

Hours of Operation:

Monday / Wednesday     8:30am – 6:00pm

Tuesday / Thursday       8:30am – 7:00pm

Friday                          8:30am – 5:00pm

Saturday                      By appointment

Insurance / Payment Options
We accept most insurances, cash, Visa / Mastercard / Discover credit cards, and have affordable payment plans available.

For those new to our office, if you are unsure of what will be covered by insurance, ask our front desk for more information. We can contact your insurance company for you to determine what is covered, any deductibles, and other pertinent information. We understand that insurance may not cover everything and that money is tight, which is why we offer a variety of payment plans to meet your needs.
